Blossom- The leader of the Powerpuff Girls. Blossom is the most intelligent and intellectual. Combining beauty and brains, she comes up with most of the plans to defeat the villains. At times she can be bossy, but she always finds a way to keep her sisters from fighting each other. .

Bubbles- The sweetest one. Bubbles is the joy and laughter of The Powerpuff Girls. She is overly sensitive and just hates to fight with her sisters. Even though she may seem bubbly on the outside, she really is tough on the inside and proves at times to be as hardcore as her sisters.

Buttercup- The toughest one. Buttercup is the hardest of all the Powerpuff Girls. She fights first and ask questions later. Always ready to fight, she is the most eager to defeat the villains on their missions. Though she seems tough all the time, she does have a sensitive side to her which she rarely shows.

# Personality: Aggressive, no-nonsense, tough, a bit mean and violent, also has a hidden sensitive side.

Professor Utonium- The creator of The Powerpuff Girls. He is a sweet, protective and sometimes strict father-like figure. He guides and teaches the girls as a father would. He always wanted to create the perfect little girls and even though the Powerpuff Girls have Chemical X in them he considers them perfect just the way they are.
Mojo Jojo- The most maniacal of all villains. Mojo hates The Powerpuff Girls with a vengeance. Before starting on a life of evil he used to be known as Jojo, the Professor's lab assistant. At the same time that the Powerpuff Girls were born the same chemical that created them affected him as well. This led to mutation that affected his brain. Ever since then he's dedicated his life to crushing the girls and the world that loves them.
Him- The evilest of the evil. The cruelest of the cruel. Him is pure evil and despises the Powerpuff Girls. He plans to destroy them and take over the world, but always fails. Being made out of pure evil he just can't defeat them with all that love surrounding them and often fails. Sexually ambiguous, concerned about his beauty and physique, he is a very twisted villain indeed.
Fuzzy Lumpkins- A country hillbilly. Fuzzy doesn't really care about world domination or taking over Townsville. He just wants people off his property. He dislikes the Powerpuff Girls and wants them destroyed.
Princess Morebucks- A spoiled brat with a rotten temper. Princess is rich and gets anything she wants from her rich father. When she first meets the Powerpuff Girls she realizes that super powers is the only thing she can't get. She hopes to become an evil Powerpuff Girl with evil Powerpuff powers but her efforts never succeed. She wants the girls annihilated.
The Mayor- The dumb but loveable ruler of Townsville. Absentmindedly, he watches over Townsville and when there's trouble he uses the hotline to alert the Powerpuff Girls right away.
The hotline- This telephone connects the Mayor and the girls at home and at school.
Ms. Sarah Bellum- The beautiful brains behind the Mayor. Whenever the Mayor does something stupid she corrects it. She also helps the Mayor run Townsville as his assistant. Although she's everything she's faceless.
Ms. Keane- The educator at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. She mentors the Powerpuff Girls. She looks out for them and values their education. Every one of her students enjoys her company and when there are problems in the classroom she tries to show the Powerpuff Girls a better solution without using violence. This usually makes matters worse.
Minor Villains
The Amoeba Boys- The Amoeba Boys are three villains that fight the Powerpuff Girls. They are blue cells, that try to get away with crime, but cannot accomplish anything because of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. They are the least intelligent of the bunch.
The Gang Green Gang- Their leader is Ace, the one with shades on. Big Billy is the funny one. He is very dumb. The play with the word "gangrene" tells you how rotten they are.
The Rowdyruff Boys- A creation of Mojo Jojo. They were made as the evil counterparts based on the traditional ingredients to make little boys: snips and snails, and puppy dog tails plus a dastardly awful secret ingredient. They nearly beat the Powerpuff Girls, but the girls finally overcame them by kissing them.
FAQ
Who Is The Powerpuff Girls' Father? Technically it's Professor Utonium. However, Mojo Jojo was also involved because he made the Professor spill Chemical X into the mixture. Technically the girls have two fathers though Mojo denies this.
What Are The Powerpuff Girls' Special Abilities? As you know Blossom's has ice breath, but her sisters are different. Bubbles can speak Spanish and in addition she can speak to animals such as cats, squirrels, etc. She also has a supersonic scream. Buttercup can create a tornado and shoot laser beams from her hands.
What Is Him's Real Name? No one knows. He looks like a demon and it has been suggested that his name is "Him" for short for that reason. As a cartoon character a name like Satan would not have been admissible. He looks like a queer and yet endearing version of Lucifer.
Why Do They Never Show Ms. Bellum's Face? No one knows. She is a very beautiful, smart, and mysterious character. Sarah Bellum is the real "brains" in Townsville's town hall but we never get to see her face.
