Your professor is the moderator for the conference for your course. This means that s/he has the ability to view archived messages, add students to the conference once they have created an account, and edit the configuration of the conference.

To use WebBoard most effectively, all students must create their own accounts. Instructions for doing this are available with the WebBoard documentation at:

http://www.ups.edu/ois/documentation/webboard/

Click on the "create an account" link. Once they have created accounts, their names can be added to any closed conference(s) in which they must participate.
