2) Click on SETTINGS
3) Click on CONTROL PANEL
4) Click on KEYBOARD
5) Click on LANGUAGE
6) Click on PROPERTIES
7) Select UNITED STATES - INTERNATIONAL (You might be prompted to insert the Windows 95 CD or diskette)
8) Click OK
Then you should be able to produce Spanish characters following the instructions below:
