Tips on Studying Chinese:

o    Read and follow course schedule closely and keep track of homework deadlines and quiz schedule.

o    Use class time as STUDY time! Eliminate possible distraction during class time to allow your full and attentive participation.

o    Work on homework assignment for at least 2 hours three times a week. This means that you should schedule about 6 hours for HW and 2 hours to
prepare for the weekly quiz.

o    Make sure all the required online tools and mobile apps work for you. Ask for help ASAP if you need tech support.

o    3rd-year Chinese is often the last course for our minors. At this level, you will need to be able to READ more in characters, and learn to comprehend more complex texts.

DO NOT FALL BEHIND! FORM STUDY GROUPS, GO TO THE TUTOR, GET HELP!! STICK WITH IT AND YOU WILL SEE RESULTS.
